« This Property is in an excellent, quiet, safe neighborhood less than a block from the 'Annapolis' water...meaning lots of boating goin on. Each window has at least a partial view of the water. The entire building is well maintained. The location is easy to find and is only a short walk from downtown via a bridge you will absolutely want to walk! The Condo is on a middle floor of the building but there was never any noise from the unit above or below. The persons I met were gracious and relaxed...

« Our family enjoyed this property. It is located in a small condo building with parking. The property is exactly as advertised, clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and being on the water. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked, and the condo was definitely comfortable with four. It is quick walk to downtown Annapolis across the bridge and we walked back and forth several times during the weekend. The owner is communicative and responsive. Definitely recommend! »

« We were so excited to stay here. The property was in a neighborhood about 15 min drive from the Capital. We ate at Dennys (3 min drive) where the bathrooms were locked up. The waitress said someone was shot in the bathroom a few days prior and that’s why they were locking them. The interior looked the same as the pictures. « Check-in was super easy and smooth. Owners and host was super responsive and helped us recommend a car service from the airport that ended up being a great help throughout the weekend since we didn’t rent a car. Place was exactly what we needed for my plebe to relax and recharge when needed and close enough to all the downtown Annapolis action when he wanted it. For our family the proximity to USNA could not have been more convenient. We loved that we could walk and be on campus within minutes....

« Our family had a great stay at this very comfortable apartment. First of all, the location cannot be beat. With views of the water and being within walking distance of most everything in North Beach, the location really is perfect. We parked our car and walked everywhere, and we all loved the balcony. We also found the apartment to be well equipped for our needs. The kitchen had all the basics that we needed and also k-cups for the Keurig. That was an absolute life saver for a coffee fiend....
