"-room was clean, cool air was not working so it was quite hot (we were told to turn the power off for the temp control and open the balcony door - which we did but it is very loud outside) -staff were friendly and helpful - we tried to get discounted tickets to Ripley’s Aquarium through the concierge but she was not available so we weren’t able to get the tickets -there has to be a better way to book the pool times instead of lining up at 6am -when we eventually did get a time, my son (10 years) did love the water slide and I enjoyed the whirlpool -there was nowhere in the hotel to get a coffee after 5pm - told this by the person standing in for the concierge - many hotels offer free coffee and tea in their lobby throughout the day "

"Love the one bedrooms suites with full kitchen. King bed was very comfortable and the Sofa bed can sleep an extra 2 people. Amenities are very basic (soap, shampoo, conditioner)- no lotion, shower cap, etc. so bring your own. Rooms aren’t very noise proof: whenever someone shut a door above or below our floor it would be heard very loudly in our room. Parking is very limited so it’s best to grab a spot as early as possible when people start checking out at 11am. "
