"Fabulous stay at the Exchange, staff are great, very friendly and eager to help. The concierge was fantastic in giving us great tips for places to visit. We had breakfast included and would recommend this option if available. Room was well equipped and was well serviced. The reservations team were fantastic in arranging a late check in due to an unavoidable change in travel plans. Location was great, close to main attractions and others easily accessible. Would recommend and would stay again if ever in Vancouver again "
