"Good check in instructions. Is a clean semi updated finished basement with its own separate side enterance. Enterance way like a hotel hallway, multiple rooms. Not sure would call our room a suite, had queen bed, 2 folding chairs, small desk, TV but no cable/orfree channels. The mattress was very hard, only get 1 pillow per person, our bathroom was detached in the hallway though, don't think was sharing with others. The kitchenette was down the hall for all to use. "Apartment is brand new, very clean and comfortable and had everything you needed whether for a short stay or extended stay (including washer and dryer). We didn't have a car this time but took ubers everywhere which worked out well. Location was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There is a grocery store and liquor store close by. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location."
