« Ma compagne et moi avions réservé cet hôtel en bord de plage à Galveston, j’avais laissé un petit mot pour que l’on puisse avoir une chambre face mer si possible. Lors du check in, nous avions simplement l’impression d’embêter (pour rester polis) l’employé qui essayait de suivre son match à la télé ! Je lui ait demandé gentillement si nous pouvions avoir la chambre avec vue mer et il m’a simplement dit « non » avec une excuse du genre « c’est complet » alors que l’hôtel n’était absolument pas...

« If it wasn't for the ocean view I would have asked for a refund. The room was very dirty, toilet, bathroom and floors. Beds and towels were clean. Staff was nice. For 100$ I was very disappointed to have to clean it up! They need better housekeeping! »

« incroyablement sales, limite insalubre, le plafond tombe en miette, la moisissures est presente sur les prise, les portes... le fond de la baignoire est sale de tache mareon, et le pire... à notre arrivée les toilettes étaient Bouchés, des excréments frottés. la solution apportées par l hotesse d accueil: " annuler ma réservation et me rembourser". mais bon a 21h30 apres 5h de routes ... j ai donc du deboucher le toilettes moi même a fuirrrrr »

« It was unsanitary, visable stains on the bed sheets and pillow, hasnt been properly cleaned who knows how long. There are visable damage on the ceilings and walls. Terrible cover up with paint and masking tape to cover up potential water damage and visable water damage on one of the doors »

« I got to Galveston and was wondering why I hadn’t received any information on how to check in so I contacted the property. They said my booking had been canceled because they don’t accept booking less than 48 hours before the arrival date. I have no idea why it was even showing up as available in my search!!
