They said they wouldn’t refund us and finally did. There were ants on the counters and an empty beer bottle on the patio. There were hand prints on glass doors, table, walls and baseboards were all dirty. Furniture at the patio is broken. Sofa bed is old, dirty and can only fit a 5 year old, even it's advertised as a sofa bed for 2 people it is tiny as a joke. To complete the dirtiness, the silverware was dirty and we had to run the dishwasher with everything again. Most of the Glasses are chipped. Be carefully with this place. ##### Daniel T. Once Manager arrived at property they noticed the code to door did not work and had to change out battery. On night 2 I was locked out of my room due to the code not working again and had to contact manager where I waited outside with my children for 45 minutes. Residence bedding was stained along with curtains, refrigerator was dirty. Will not stay again. ##### Autumn V. This was our worst stay ever at this property. The condo smelled and needed repair. The wall paper was peeling off the bed room wall the curtains were dirty and stained. The bath tub was moldy , the bar was buckling and taped down with some painters tape there was unpainted repaired sheet rock in the hall way. We found out after check in when we called manager Ron unclog the stopped up kitchen sink the condo had recent water damage from a storm and that I fact all the condos room in water and had water running down the walls ? Which would explain the bad odor of mold in the co so … I feel these things and the recent damage should have been disclosed prior to renting the unit ! ##### Heather r. The ac was not working and the floor was covered in standing dirty water by ac hallway, kitchen and bathroom. Leftover trash from previous guests and everything was so dirty I had to go buy cleaning supply and clean the whole place myself. The floor was so dirty it stained my socks. I had to contact Vacasa numerously they were quick to get back with me until I ask for compensation due to all the crazy things we found an issues and they ghosted me. The resort and location were awesome. I could say more but its so much it wouldn't fit. I dont complain usually but this was awful. ##### Veronica M.
