The staff was rude Asked for another patio chair did not get it Asked for more towels was told to come get them ourselves Spent money at the SPOT because was told checkin was at 4;00 but it was at 3:00 and had to wait a extra hour I paid good money but was very disappointed Will NOT recommend !

Great located right in the middle where all the gift shops and restaurants are.You can walk across the street on to the beach.

My review is from the standpoint of a parent with two young children, one who has cognitive, hearing, and mobility impairment. The parking lot is across a street and behind the hotel. The only wheelchair route coming from the garage to the hotel is at the street corners where the street is uneven and likely impassable for a larger person. The hotel itself is extremely nice and has lots of space in the room and common areas for a wheelchair. The staff were really nice.

The Holiday Inn Express and Suites were located at a very convenient location. The room was extra sizey, the balcony was a little small but doable. Loved the bathroom and the very nice shower. Will stay there again.
