Il est tout neuf. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique. La petite piscine est un plus ouverte jusqu'à 22h. Le petit-déjeuner continental est suffisant. Les lits sont tres confortables. Certains balcons vue sur mer.a 100m de la mer et 200m de la fete foraine. I did see some "unfinished" areas...door thresholds did not cover the chipped tile nor was there any instructions or information packet for the guests as far as restaurants or activities in the area. Needed walking distance amenities as I did not have a car & I am disabled....but the concierge at the front desk was very helpful. Overall a great stay as it was just one night before my cruise. The Shuttle to the port was terrific. Dropped me off right in front of the door...
