Ignore the bad reviews! This place is awesome and affordable. There was always someone at the front desk, the hot tub was hot, the bed was super comfy, there were extra blankets in the room. I will be back.
Only ring of truth was the breakfast, but a bagel or toast, cereal and fruit were fine for us!

I prefer small, unique and historic accommodations in the downtown core. This place was really well placed for the conference I attended, had a park across the road and many excellent food, bakery and cafe options within a 10 min walk. Love it.
