"Excellent location, so many iconic places within walking distance. Breakfast was simple but good enough, we didn't expect anything more. It was busy in the mornings but we always were able to get a table during our 1 week stay. We also read a lot about problems with elevators, I don't know whether theh fixed it or we were just lucky because we didn't experienced any issues at all. Hotel staff was polite and efficient, check in and check out including leaving luggages were extremely fast. Overall I would stay there again. "

"Front desk not one smile! Didn’t feel welcomed at all by the lady that was working the front desk! Beds, terrible. The only great thing about that place was George and housekeeping staff. I stayed next to what seemed a playground. Kids yelling all day next to room 3025"

"When we got to our room, it was cold. The heating unit was blowing cold air. We requested to have someone come check the unit out; we were told to leave it at 70 degrees to warm the room up. We left for the afternoon and when we returned to the room was it was freezing. With lots of back and forth from the room to the front desk, we were offered another room. When I went to the room to gather my belongings, the room finally warmed up. Needless to say, it was an inconvenience. "
