Cute lakeside hideaway w/patio & firepit

Newly refurbished lakeside cute cabin with fire pit, dock and boat as well as a large deck with bbq to enjoy the long summer days. Our home is equally enjoyable in the fall and winter with its cozy beds, and wood burning stove. The house is on a secluded private road, directly on the lakefront. You are 5 minutes away from the adorable Gilmanton pub, a vineyard and winery, as well as great local farm shops. All of which make this a super serene stay. There are also boats available for your use including a pedal boat, a twin kayak and a single kayak (inflatable).

Perfect Mother-Daughter Getaway!
We enjoyed everything about our retreat...the lake was breathtaking, especially in winter...quite ethereal! The space was perfect...so cozy & inviting! Emma was wonderful...communicating with us from beginning to end! Thank you for everything!!!

Country Cottage
The location of Emma’s cottage was perfect for myself & friends who were attending a concert in Gilford. Cottage was clean & cozy, had plenty of linens, and equipped with common kitchen necessities. It was nice to be located close to town yet was in a secluded area on a lake- made for a relaxing time. Oh! And Emma was quick to respond when a few questions came up. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing cottage on beautiful quiet lake
We had a really great time staying at this cottage. It was chilly when we first arrived but we stayed nice and toasty with heat and the tiny wood stove inside. Then it really warmed up and we enjoyed hanging out on the deck the most and using the kayaks provided on the lake. There's a great diner nearby we enjoyed for breakfast. We grilled out and took walks on the quiet loop too.

The pictures were extremely deceiving. When we arrived, the grass wasn’t cut, there was debris on the deck, the dock is in need of repair, trying to access the boat with pain as a Stewart underneath the deck and you can find the p paddles. I had asked the owner if we needed to bring anything. She stated no there is no aluminum foil or saran wrap or any type of spices to cook with the pots and pans were extremely limited for those who like to cook it was definitely over price for what it was not a little soaps in the bathroom I have been to far better places that were better priced and were decorated and are stocked appropriately
