Chalets à Ghost Lake

« The view was great but the lake was frozen so a little different I think than if it was summer. Was cool seeing people drifting on the frozen lake though. Rooms were great, good sizes, awesome large main bedroom, noise from the living does carry upstairs as there is no door to separate it. I thought downstairs had a bigger living room of it own, so was not expecting that, but it worked out just fine. Open living, dining, kitchen was great for everyone hanging out. »

« He photos are misleading - one feels they are renting a beautiful retreat. It isn’t. The cottage is run down, with a large burn on the dining room table, holes in the sitting room ottoman, and a worn out couch that we all found incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of comfortable seating was the worst part of the stay - either one sits on the worn out couch, or the hard dining room table chairs. « Next time ill spend few extra dollars and get something better Place was little dusty, poor paint job made the suite look worse. It was freezing in the suite. Host was quite loud the one night with a guest upstairs waking me up in the middle of the night. Can't believe I had to pay a cleaning fee as well. I appreciate having the room but I had to be honest for other guests. Hopefully host updates it. It was in a decent location though if you like being away from things »
