« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never...

« The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We traveled to Geneva for the Ironman race and so we had to wake up super early. The hotel staff had arranged “grab-and-go” bags for the athletes to have breakfast at 4am. They also made the breakfast nook available so we could use the toaster, microwave coffeemaker and hot water for those of us that had packed our breakfast essentials. Thank you to the Microtel team for going above and beyond !!! »

« Our stay at the hotel was very satisfying. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful with local suggestions to eat. The location was away from downtown but it is at the center of main businesses like shopping centers, restaurants, the lake area, and a fitness center. I would stay here again. »

« We had a great time! Owner was very responsive. We had a grill issue which he fixed immediately. Cabin was comfortable and beds were amazing. Our only "wish" was a screen on one of the doors leading to the porch. We love fresh air! That being said, the AC/Heat worked perfectly! Would highly recommend! »
