Disappointing and over priced
While I love the charm of an older home, this one just wasn’t well maintained or secured or cleaned. When we first entered the house, there was a broken window pane in the back door and the floors were unclean. The upstairs bedroom had so many biting bugs that had probably entered through a poorly sealed window a/c with moisture stained drapes around it that my daughter did not feel comfortable enough to sleep in the room and ended up sleeping on the couch. The circuit breaker would continuously flip as soon as we turned on the hair dryer and used anything else on the same breaker. I understand it’s an older home as management responded and it was a hot week and the window units had been running full force, but when the owner told us to find the circuit box in the basement, I was not expecting to have to walk through spider webs to get to the basement and the walls were full of graffiti which made me question how secure the house was if someone had been able to come in and paint like that. In the middle of the night we heard footsteps upstairs above the primary bedroom and discovered someone was staying upstairs in another area of the house which wouldn’t have been a problem, except there was an interior upstairs door that opened into the house and made the inside of the house accessibleto whomever was living upstairs . If this was clearly stated in the description, I would have chosen another place to stay because that arrangement is uncomfortable for me. Disappointed

Finger Lakes stay
The property was even nicer than we expected from the online photos and much more room than we thought! Nicely decorated and very comfy. Nice yard and porch too. Great location. Stay was great!

Lovely spacious older home
The home was old, but the Bathroom was large and modern. The beds were very comfortable. There was a lot of space, and the whole place was very clean and comfortable.

Visiting My Alma Mater
This was a fantastic spot to stay - highly recommend! The house is spacious, sweet, and even had spare yoga mats and cleaning spray. I had plenty of room to work in the little office nook, the couch was comfortable, and I slept like a baby. While I didn't get to try out the fire pit due to weather, it was set back and had a nice little sense of privacy to it. The true bonus was the friendly cats next door who dropped by occasionally for pets. The only odd part was a staircase that lead (presumably) to an apartment above, but I was never interrupted or disturbed by the tennant and the host was very responsive whenever I needed to reach out.
