"La chambre a été bien nettoyée un jour sur deux. Les dames de chambre ont malencontreusement emporté deux pyjamas et une écharpe avec le linge, l’hôtel a été capable de nous retrouver un pyjama seulement. Nous avons réclamé tous les jours sur notre séjour de six jours. Et c’est seulement le dernier jour qu’ils nous ont indiqué que nous devions faire une déclaration à la police si nous voulions demander le remboursement des affaires perdues par leur soin ! Et autre problème : Un matin, l’eau de la salle de bain était marron pendant 30 minutes. L’hôtel a indiqué que l’eau était coupée la nuit, donc c’est normal."

"Étant donné que notre camion F-150 ne pouvait pas être stationné dans le stationnement de l'hôtel, le personnel s'est chargé de nous laisser une place gratuitement devant l'hôtel.
