"I stayed one night in a 3 bunk bed room with 5 other people. The room was clean and bedding was good, but mattress felt as solid as if you were sleeping on the floor. I really liked a living room for its home-like setting with lots of interesting books on shelf and classic tv-couch setting. They provide you a towel and a breakfast, cream cheese bagle and morning coffee. I liked that they had an individual locker where I can stuff my belongings. "チェックインが15時以降とかかれていて、私が着いたのは15:40ぐらいでしたが、どなたもいらっしゃいませんでした。2階にインフォメーションのようですが、それらしきものがわからず、中にいた宿泊客の方に聞いてもさっぱりな様子。１階にも部屋があり、そちらにも宿泊客がいたので尋ねましたが返答は同じ。建物のドアというドアを開けて、人が住まわれている様子だったので大きい声で呼びかけましたが反応なし。特にメモ書きも見当たらずで大変困りました。予定があったので荷物を置くことも出来ずそのまま持ち歩きました。帰るのが遅くなる予定でしたが、余りにも不安だった為他のホテルを予約し直しました。友人のオススメだったので期待していましたが非常に残念です。"

Regal experience at the Intercontinental Hotel!
"Our 4 nights 5 days stay was an amazing experience. Hotel staffs were friendly and cordial in proving answers/requests. Cleaning service staffs were very friendly and made our stay welcome as well. Added benefit was the adjoining COEX mall. We exercised daily (after having a daily breakfast at the hotel) by walking the mall where everything we need and want were at a walking distance inside the mall connected to the hotel. Price was higher than my budget but the hotel was well worth the experience."
