"Clean room. Had a great time. I knocked off a star because when booking it said breakfast was included however only if you are a gold/diamond Hilton member. When I shared that with the staff they shrugged it off dismissively. Overall great stay beyond that. "

"The property looks beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The details are, however, very lacking. The window in my room was drafty and upon inspection there were stains on the curtains. The shower had basically no edge to it and the curtain was short enough that the floor flooded when we showered. The bed was also not comfortable- especially the pillows which had zero support. It's a good location but I definitely won't be staying here again."

"Best hotel stay I've had in Chicago in many years. My 20th floor suite was spectacular and truly a home away from home. The Wifi was perfect and easy to access making the room and lobby ideal places to work remotely. I also loved the bath products which provide a spa element to my stay."

"For a Hyatt hotel, this was meh at best. I paid extra for higher floor room. But my view was still not great, for it was the opposite side of the downtown. Now I know that not everyone will get the good side. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel it’s wrong to charge extra for the rooms with poorer view. The “complimentary breakfast had 3 items only, and one of those was some terrible, dry, stale turkey sausages that I couldn’t bear to finish. And I’m someone who will eat almost anything! Unfortunately, I forgot my expensive electric toothbrush in my room. When I called to tell them I will happily pay to get it shipped, they kept me on hold for 15 min and told me someone from housekeeping will call back. Well, no one called for 2 days, so I called back and this cycle repeated. I just up and buying another toothbrush now. For the price, this hotel fell far down from expectations. "
