We ask that you allow us the opportunity to address any matter that arises during your booking. In most instances we will address immediately and will send in person help if possible. Super well done and the pics are exactly what you get.While there is a fenced back area, there isnt any grass for pets to potty, only concrete (which confused my pups). We felt so close to everywhere we needed to go. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. We did not have a car but realized you would need good parallel parking skills if you do have car. Kitchen has everything you needed. We loved the area and it was close to everything! The owner was easy to get ahold of and very thorough. We really loved it and would book again. Two small complaints. The media/tv situation in both bedroom and living room was complicated and ridiculous. It took a lot of time to get both to work. Once the projector in living was working, it was really fun but not sure it’s was worth the time it took to get there. The house was immaculate but the outdoor area was a mess and we didnt hang out there because of that. Furniture was dirty and there was lots of debris everywhere from a previous storm. Very clean. Comfortable beds, great kitchen. Lovely patio. The host is very responsive. My only issue was that the only way to watch TV was on a projector by streaming.
