« My experience did not end well. It has been almost three weeks since I checked out, and I still have not received my $500 security deposit. After several messages requesting an update, the owner called and said he intended to charge us for a gas leak that occurred during our stay, claiming we left the stove on. That is simply NOT possible.

« This location is in the shaw building and is right next door to the Howard theater.
It was easy for uber/lyft to find and is convenient to get to/from the airport and other places in DC. The apartment was SPACIOUS!!! 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but the open living room/kitchen concept was nice. There was a washer/dryer and plenty of dishes to use.
Only downside - the window coverings let light through, so bring your eye mask if you wake up easily due to light.
