Cozy Cabin with direct lake access

Cabin overlooks beautiful Copeland Pond w/ 160' of direct water access. Huge dock w 1-row boat, 3-kayaks,1- paddle boards and 16' water trampoline(summer). Firepit w/ ADK chairs look out to the water. Huge back deck towards water w/ picnic table. 4 bdrm cabin, 1.5 baths, Lvm kitchen. Cabin is on top of hill w lake down below. Very private pond, perfect for families. Fishing is great too! 20 minute drive to Lake George Village & beach. 7% Sales tax is added after check in.Vaccinated Dogs welcome w/fee

My favorite vacation!
We absolutely LOVED "Cozy Cabin" on Copeland Pond! The place is decorated really cute with an Adirondack flare and is equipped with everything you could possibly need to be as comfortable as home. The deck overlooks the pond and the view is so relaxing. The best part about it for us was Copeland Pond! The dock area was great to hang out to chill and is equipped with all the water boating options you could want. There is a propane fire table as well but we didn't use it b/c the propane was out. But we didn't need it as we were only down there during the day. The water is crystal clear and the temperature was perfect for swimming! The added bonus of the water trampoline allowed us and our kids to be super active. I can't say enough good things about it! It was invigorating to say the least. Karen, our host, is very conscientious and responsive, honestly the best host I've ever had at any rental I've been to. She answered questions on the spot, we couldn't figure out how to turn on the Keurig and she answered immediately. Small on switch on the back, duh! The only thing I will say, for those who may have mobility issues like my mom, the cabin property is fairly steep and it was impossible for her to walk unassisted. Just something to keep in mind. You will get a workout walking back from the pond to the cabin but I loved it! I can't wait to stay there again! Thanks Karen!

Beautiful cabin on private pond, with fishing, kayaking, and hiking nearby. Such a peaceful stay with our best fur buddy able to join us! ❤️

Hidden gem
Great house on the pond. We stayed with family of 4 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed the stay - wonderful location and amenities. House is equipped very well: everything we forgot for the kitchen we found in the house. The pond is beautiful - kids and adults had so much fun with trampoline and paddle board and kayaks. The host is very responsive - we always had a response within 15 min. We want to come back.

had a good week
comfortable and well-equipped cabin. good swimming and paddling in the lake... it is a REALLY STEEP walk down to the dock so don't forget anything at the house. Trampoline is fun. While kayaking I saw an enormous fish swimming in the north end near the lily pads, looked like some kind of catfish. At least 2.5ft long. Also plenty of bass and bluegills/ rock bass around. Owner website (not VRBO site) notes upcharge for >4 guests so just be aware of that. Aggressively decorated, appx 116 owls seen inside and outside :) Enjoyed our stay.

Peace and relaxation!
We had a wonderful weekend relaxing around the firepit and at the edge of the lovely water. The house had everything you could ever need, is beautifullly decorated and furnished!

Nice stay in September!!
Very nice dock on the water and nice fire pit. Peaceful & Quiet, Charming, Quiet road to walk on. Owners very helpful and accessible. Clean water in the pond.
