"The property of very under lit on the outside, so that made me nervous on arrival. Then when we got indoors the stairwell was very worn down and smelled dingy. Our room was dirty, food or miscellaneous on light switch. Thank goodness I travel with Clorox wipes. Elevators, hallways all show signs of age and not up kept. In the morning I went to shower and there was only one setting, scaldingI tried turning it down to cold and it was still scalding. We ended up leaving and booking another hotel. Gross!"

"Our room was good (clean, comfortable bed, really nice bathroom) except for the strange odor in the entire room. I couldn’t identify what it was, but I found it to be unpleasant. Thankfully I became nose-blind to it quickly. Food service in the restaurants and food court was definitely lacking. They were apparently understaffed. We couldn’t get in to any of the restaurants because we didn’t have reservations. We ended up at the food court where 2 simple burgers and an order of fries took 47 minutes from time we ordered until we received our food. The cafe was reportedly taking an hour to get food to customers. We enjoyed The Vine as a concert venue. It’s a smaller room and I don’t think there’s a bad seat in the house! "

"Yes , there was a free breakfast. Nothing fancy Front Desk was great It was in the heart of Syracuse, so walking distances to many amenities and restaurants. 10 min drive to the airport or the Mall. And the parking lot has one EV charging station I think it's a great choice for a short a short stay MG"

"I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as several issues added up to a poor experience. First, the check-in process was frustrating. The front desk repeatedly assigned uncleaned rooms—not just to my family, but to at least three guests ahead of us as well. This suggests a lack of coordination and quality control. While the rooms themselves are spacious, there are many maintenance issues that shouldn’t be overlooked. For example, our room door wouldn’t close properly and could easily be pushed open, which is a serious security concern. In addition, one of the shower gel dispensers was broken and unusable. Housekeeping was also problematic. If you leave the “Do Not Disturb” sign on past 9 a.m., even if you remove it later, your room will not be serviced at all for the day. This policy was not clearly communicated and is quite inconvenient. Overall, these issues add up, and the hotel does not meet the standards I would expect from a 3-star property. "
