« This was the perfect stay for our Mother/Daughter DC trip. We had six in our group and it was the perfect layout. We ended up using the Metro bus station near the house to get to the Capitol area and it was very smooth. Check in/out were very easy and the house was supplied with everything we needed. »

« Location is walkable to some restaurants in the downtown area. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom in the master and shared hallway bath room for the other 2 rooms. This is an older building that has been nicely renovated. The floors do creak and there are folks living downstairs. Upstairs can get hot so you have to turn the AC down before sleeping. There is space for parking one car and additional street parking. Kitchen was fully equipped. Host was very responsive. »

« Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay in the apartment was overall very enjoyable, the location within DC is excellent. It should be noted, however, that there is quite some constant noise and sometimes even vibrations coming from the fans on the roof right above...

« 3 adults stayed 4 nights. Apartment is small, but bedrooms and bathrooms are separated and good size. Nicely updated and clean. Kitchen is adequate. 10-15 min. walk to Metro (depending where you're going). A few resturants/bar within walking distance. Balcony was great to hang out on after sightseeing, but could use fresh cushions. Neighborhood is safe, friendly. There is a lot of street noise at all hours - didn't bother us, but could be a problem for light sleepers. Host was quick to respond...
