"Only one elevator working. The Hotel is very old and shows in the rooms decor and furniture. The pool was closed. The pool closure was very very disappointing and should have been posted on the web site."

The only area for improvement would be the check-in experience. After arrival, it would have been helpful to be personally shown to our room and offered assistance with our bags. That small level of service would elevate the experience and better match the quality of the property and staff. Overall, a great stay with just a minor opportunity to enhance the guest arrival experience."
