"Liked how close it was to everything, especially the beach and restaurants since the all inclusive was not good. The beds were SUPER uncomfortable, rock hard is more like it. Seems like an older hotel so it wasn’t too clean."

Clogged bathroom door didn't close And in the bar pool area i got stung by a bee At the end of the vacation we call the bell boy to pick up our luggage i tip $5.00 when he picked them an another $5.00 when he was supposed to put then in the taxi but he just walk away and left them for me to loan them I didn't get he's name but he has curly hair and was sent at around 10:45 to my room 2215 on 05/15/2026 But he was the only bad apple"

"We loved our stay at this RIU! Was our first time at their resorts. Super clean and cold room which was very nice to come back to after being in the sun all day. The staff were excellent and helpful whenever we needed assistance! Food was delicious, especially the Mexican restaurant."
