We just needed a bed so we weren’t picky but they could do better. Nobody at the front desk when we arrived. The shower was dirty and one bathroom light flickered on and off. Very poor soundproofing and super noisy (as late as three am in the halls and loud TV upstairs. Like I said not a big deal for us but it would be a drag for business travel.

The property was run down and it appeared to be under renovation and there was a lot of debris outside from the renovation in the back of the hotel. There was a vagrant man trying to get into the hotel while we were unloading in the middle of the night. I don't think anybody was paying any attention to that. I arrived at midnight and I waited for well over 20 minutes to be helped because of the line in front of me, but with no acknowledgment from the front desk clerk. He was polite but definitely not personable. Overall my room was clean and comfortable, but definitely not as nice of a Holiday Inn I'm used to. I will not go back if I'm in El Paso Texas.

Unlike most of the Holiday Inns that I've stayed at, this hotel was extremely run down. The second floor hallway sagged while while we walked to our room. The bathroom tile was loose in several places, including around the toilet. The bathtub looks like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the non-slip stripping had been scraped away. The airport shuttle service is extremely limited, operating from only 8 am to 3 pm which is very impractical for many travelers arriving in El Paso. Overall, the staff was friendly and probably limited by hotel policy in the level of service they can provide. I would only stay here as a last resort.

Do not stay here! If I were paying $69 a night I wouldn’t complain but for the price I paid it was ridiculous. Our first room had a non working a/c so we had to repack and move rooms. Second room was super noisy, bathtub was gross with mold and peeling tub surface. The worst was the middle of the night discovery of a non flushing toilet! We had to use the lobby bathroom for the rest of our stay which coincidentally was also non flushing and had feces floating around in it. We couldn’t find staff on the morning. When we went to get breakfast it was “closed for renovation” and the coffee they had left out was gray and undrinkable. It was all pretty unbelievable.

Staff was friendly, rooms need updates. Our bathtub was peeling off completely where we had to put towels when we showered.

Unfortunately the highway noise made it difficult to sleep. The property is under renovation however we were not notified prior to booking, it clearly needs it bathroom tile was cracked/uneven and restroom tub had several black marks. When booked there are pictures of sliding door showers however we were given a room with shower curtains. The TV service was also limited and would lag. Won’t be staying again

This was a horrible experience. We paid for our stay, called to confirm that we were an hour away and had just paid for our stay. It was confirmed that we had a hotel. We arrived and it was not available. The staff was rude and very dismissive.

Staff was kind but the property is falling out, the bathtub was dirty, room curtains was broken, bathroom lock didn't work and the carpet was super dirty. Our stay included breakfast but they didn't have a cook so the waitress cooked for us, the bathroom had mold, a lot of rust and some of the lights in the room didn't work, we will never be back to this location

Ok hotel
Rooms need some updating. While we were there, no breakfast was ever served. Had to ask for hot water and cream for tea. Soda spilled in hallway by elevator and was still there the next morning. Staff was very nice though

The hotel was short staffed, in fact the cook was out sick so there was no breakfast. Also there was a long line to check in, because only 1 person was working behind the counter. There were drink spills in the hallway to, that took awhile to be cleaned up. Also the tiling on the bathroom floor was loose

Booked a room of two beds and a sofa bed, when we got there she offered us a king bed??? How is that sufficient for 6 people?? Didn’t help us at all finding a solution, we were left on our own and having to find completely somewhere else to stay. Couldn’t cancel on the app and the expedia call didn’t go through they hung up on me. So I’m waiting for my refund.
