![The Shubenacadie River is a river in Nova Scotia, Canada. It has a meander length of approximately 72 km from its source at Shubenacadie Grand Lake to its mouth at the historic seaport village of Maitland on Cobequid Bay, site of the building of the William D. Lawrence, the largest wooden ship ever built in Canada. The lower 30 km of the river (from the point where the Stewiacke River meets to the mouth) is tidal and the river experiences a tidal bore twice daily, with some bores reaching up to 3 m in height at certain points along the river. La chambre était très confortable, propre et moderne et à côté d'une grande salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner fut différent tous les jours et préparé par Sam. Plusieurs stationnements sont disponibles sur la propriété. À mi-chemin de l'aéroport et d'Halifax. J'y retournerai sans hésiter. »

« Jeff was quick to answer the VRBO app. Issue with getting initially but quickly resolved. The apt is listed for up to 6 people, but the 3rd bed is a blowup mattress, a bit misleading if one was assuming it was a fold out bed. The couch was not great for such a great central room if you wanted to lounge around and watch TV, but overall the location was great, apt was as listed, clean and nice with great view (not of the water though). I would stay again with family. The 'weight room' was a...

« I wasn't going to be in the room to much, so I didn't require much. The room was basic hotel style with private access, a bed, fridge, microwave, drip-coffee maker, toaster, mini-fridge, TV (assuming with a Roku or similar, but I didn't use it), WiFi access, towels / soaps included, and an oscillating fan as there is no air conditioning. « Everything was well explained from check in to check out. They checked in to ensure all was well. It is beautifully laid out and close to all the down town tourism stuff. We made use of the outdoor patio nightly. Had some local beer from the business next door. Even saw a fireworks show from the patio! Would definitely book again. »
