Clean room. Breakfast needs work.

All the staff were courteous, helpful and in kindred spirits. Such a wonderful location - very accessible to downtown Cleveland and near to other place of interests (restaurants and shops Target). Uber ride is very reasonable to downtown. Tim was great in helping my family to get settled in so that we can go to Browns' game. Will definitely come back again to watch another football game and to visit more interesting Cleveland sites.

This hotel is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful area of Cleveland. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was within walking distant to museums and restaurants as well as public transportation. We would stay again if in the area.

Above and beyond. Truly. No other hotel chain gives you complimentary hot food in the evening (the kickback) plus three free drinks per guest during that time! In addition to the typical complimentary breakfast. Plus this location has character and historical significance!

The entire staff at the hotel were wonderful. Jenn in the restaurant was amazing. The front desk staff were helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant. The Valet staff were efficient and very helpful and always pleasant. Housekeeping was very quick to meet any and every need. Would recommend this property to friends and family.

Hot tub big, pool good size. Food good. Will return.

Was there for Cleveland Clinic Appointment and the fact it’s attached was the best feature for us. Plus, the room was beautiful, beds comfy, and Table 45 restaurant was outstanding.

We had an excellent stay! The faucet in our bathroom needs to be tightened/fixed but otherwise it was a 10/10 stay! Thank you.
