« Magnifique hotel, très bien situé pour visiter Washington DC. Très belle chambre (la 309), un peu bruyant cependant, à cause de l'immense systeme de ventilation installe sous les fenetres. Demandez une chambre située sur un étage plus éleve. Restaurant très beau et excellent menu brunch. Personnel tres gentil à l'acceuil et dans le restaurant et au bar également. Adresse à retenir. Nous retournerons c'est certain. »

« Good Hotel BUT .... you think you have chosen the hotel with the best value for money... well no. when you leave, the hotel presents you with a new invoice for "Amenity fee" which, unlike some hotels that had made you hesitate during your selection, these fees were neither announced nor included in the displayed rate... in the end, the total price is higher than the hotels that you wanted more but were facially more expensive.... if I had known, I would have chosen another hotel...! »

"La chambre a été bien nettoyée un jour sur deux. Les dames de chambre ont malencontreusement emporté deux pyjamas et une écharpe avec le linge, l’hôtel a été capable de nous retrouver un pyjama seulement. Nous avons réclamé tous les jours sur notre séjour de six jours. Et c’est seulement le dernier jour qu’ils nous ont indiqué que nous devions faire une déclaration à la police si nous voulions demander le remboursement des affaires perdues par leur soin ! Et autre problème : Un matin, l’eau de la salle de bain était marron pendant 30 minutes. L’hôtel a indiqué que l’eau était coupée la nuit, donc c’est normal."

"It claims to have tea and coffee but there was no tea while I was there. I felt unsafe as a repair man barged into the room at 7:30 in the morning without knocking, stopped only by the safety lock that he was fighting. I told him not to come and he still came into the room as soon as I left for a while. There is no safe in the room. The shower takes ages to warm up and only produces a meager trickle. The bath is disabled. There are unpleasant notices left everywhere about the shower, the entrance door, the noise (as the insulation is very poor both between rooms and with the street), the kitchen, the cleaning… as if keeping up the place is the guests’ responsibility! One of the absolute worst hotels or accommodations of the many I have been to over the years. So bad it should be dropped from Expedia!"
