"In a convenient, vibrant location within the Old Quarter, this hotel is close to several sights and in an area that is so alive.I rebooked at this hotel when I came back to Hanoi because of the wonderful staff and location. Anna in reception couldn’t do enough to help, with suggestions of where to eat and go, and where to find the best coffee. She was just so lovely. Huyen served a delicious breakfast with enough variety that I was still happy on the last day and the housekeeper and Alex at night couldn’t have been more helpful. I will definitely return to this hotel again."

"Excellent hotel! Big rooms with all amenities. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which had a seperate kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Excellent breakfast with lots of seating. Restaurant also provides great lunch and dinner options. Great sports bar that showed the AFL and other international sports. Facilities were excellent - large pool with 2 smaller jacuzzis. Gym, sauna and steam and steam room, plus pool table and kids playground area. Walking distance to many attractions but also a cheap Grab ride. A grocery store downstairs plus 2 restaurants, hairdresser, chiropractor and specialty shops. We stayed here during Typhoin Yagi where we felt safe and well looked after by hotel staff. We loved our stay and would 100% stay again."
