"This place is paradise. Every single person on the staff works so hard and is so friendly it really added to the experience. White sandy beach, the main pool was beautiful. You will walk lots but nothing too crazy (think max 10K steps a day) but that’s a nice thing as well. The food was a little hit or miss but you can always find something. Italian restaurant was hands down my favorite. The steak house probably my least favorite it still good. Place is crystal clean, balcony view and an up graded room at check in. Would go back here in a heartbeat. The coffee shop was better than any big “chain” I’ve ever had. Casino was small but it’s more of an entertainment thing. Good mix of all ages of people but not a crowded feeling ever. A+ trip ! One big thing that happened was I booked our trip months before and just never noticed Expedia set us up to land in Santa Domingo! That’s 3-4 hours away.. MAKE SURE TO LAND AT PUNTA CANA AIRPORT (25 mins away)"

"The resort was not the clean. There were areas that didn’t look that they were touched the whole week I was there. The staff was okay. I have been places that were way more enjoyable. There procedures for checking in and out were awful. The food was all mediocre. When arriving you are not explained ANYTHING so your handed a map which if you are not fluent in the language you are LOST. Which is crazy. The slides were NEVER open. Very upsetting. I have paid for a shuttle back to the airport at the end of our stay.. and because I didn’t have the room key to check out our shuttle left us. We WERE in the lobby WELLLL before checkout time and WELL before the shuttle was there. The kicker to the whole vacation is we were at the “Jungle party” and someone STOLE my husbands shoes for the designated area we were told our things would be safe. In which they say there are cameras but they DO NOT face the area at all with our belongings. Needless to say I won’t be booking with this resort again. So unfortunate. "

"We stayed at the Hard Rock and this place while in Punta Cana and we can say without a doubt that the Hard Rock will never again get one red cent from us! Th Serenade was hands down better! The customer service, the room, the proximity to the beach and all the action, the food, the drinks, it was all amazing! Loved it all! Will definitely be back! "

"Mi experiencia en Live Aqua Beach Resort Punta Cana fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el momento en que llegué hasta el último minuto de mi estadía, el nivel de atención y servicio superó completamente mis expectativas. Quiero destacar especialmente a varias personas que hicieron de este fin de semana algo inolvidable: Jonathan Cariñosamente “El Wala”: siempre atento, con una energía increíble y una sonrisa que realmente marca la diferencia. El sommelier Oscar: su conocimiento y recomendaciones elevaron cada comida a otro nivel. Joel: impecable en su servicio, siempre pendiente de cada detalle. Chef Héctor: su talento en la cocina es evidente; cada plato fue una experiencia. Wally (recepción del Aqua Club): desde el check-in brindó un trato cálido, eficiente y muy profesional. Joshua (en la playa): siempre disponible, asegurándose de que no faltara absolutamente nada mientras disfrutábamos del mar. Cada uno de ellos aportó algo especial, pero en conjunto lograron algo aún más importante: que nunca nos faltara nada y que nos sintiéramos verdaderamente atendidos y valorados en todo momento. El hotel en sí es espectacular: instalaciones modernas, ambiente relajante y una vibra de lujo que se siente en cada rincón. Pero sin duda, lo que hace la verdadera diferencia es su gente. Gracias a todo el equipo por un fin de semana genial. Definitivamente regresaré y lo recomiendo al 100%."

"This is such a great vacation spot! My husband & I had an amazing time from the moment we arrived. Everyone who works there is super kind & helpful which made the whole experience even better. The room was clean & the AC worked perfectly :) The only downside was that we had no cold water for the tub. My husband filled it in the morning & by early evening it was still hot but at least he could finally get in 😂 For an all-inclusive resort, the food was pretty good! Some hits & a few misses but there are multiple restaurants so you’re never stuck eating something you don’t like. We did pay for club & the access to Magna was definitely worth it! We also loved that there’s entertainment every evening & they end the night with a dance party. Definitely an Excellence fan now!"
