« Le personnel était très sympa et efficace. La chambre de type studio est assez grande et confortable avec un espace kitchenette. Nous étions au calme mis la vue n'était pas extraordinaire. Le Chrysler building etait visible depuis la salle de bain. L'hôtel a un restaurant bar Rooftop qui donne une vue incroyable sur les gratte-ciel de Midtown. L'hôtel est bien situé pour visiter les lieux emblématiques de New-York, la gare Grand Central est à quelques minutes de marche. »
