Find hotels in Disney Wilderness Preserve, FL from CA $83

"On arrival which was late at night, I was provided a room pretty much as far as possible from reception. On arrival at the room I was unable to enter as the door lock had failed. Travelling all the way back to reception to report the issue, the staff were pretty unhelpful other than I would have to wait for an engineer to come and fix the door. This took over 20 minutes, and by time I got in the room it was almost 1am. The room had now bottled water and the AC unit was utter useless. In the morning trying to check out, the hotel had 1 staff member on the desk and an extensive queue, yet the resorts desks were fully staffed with no one to serve? Safe to say for the price, this hotel was grossly overpriced with parking costing nearly half the hotel room and the facilities are woeful. "

"Five blocks of apartments around an OK pool. The hotel clearly exists to serve customers visiting the parks. That’s fine, but not the resort-style hotel that we thought we had booked. Slightly annoying at check-in with heaps of bags, two very tired kids, etc that nobody around to help with luggage, and no luggage trolley initially available (you are to move luggage in/out yourself). We had a couple of minor issues in the room which we reported to reception and which went unresponded to."

"Our bedroom smells moldy and bathroom not well maintained. The bed sheets had stained. But the breakfast was great."
