"Great hotel and a very pleasant stay. The pool is large, with plenty of loungers, so there’s no need to rush down early to get one. Pool towels are provided on-site, and being just a 10-minute walk from Disney Springs is a huge perk. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Very happy with this hotel and would definitely recommend it."

"The room was spacious and I wished we had more time to spend there. The in-room laundry is a great feature and the full kitchen was great to have. The pools were fun (the waterfall was a nice surprise). Everything was clean, which is always expected, but I’ve seen otherwise. We’ll come back to this location again the next time we’re in Orlando! Lastly, we appreciated that the Sheraton vacation staff were not pushy when we said that we did not want to have the sales pitch. Great stay!! 5 stars!"

"The property, staff ,amenities, cleanliness’s was great. The only issue we had is that having to have the same hot breakfast for 5 days. Maybe consider having a pancake day, French toast day or even an omelette day, besides the repeated breakfast, no complains. Would most definitely be booking with them again"

"Plenty of activities for each of us. Ages were 3 years old to 70. Poolside kids activities were great. Pirate ship and water slide and hot tub were wonderful. Easy access to pool towels. Lunch at poolside bar/restaurant was delicious. Unit itself was meticulous. Full kitchen appliances and in unit washer and dryer. Fun and relaxing. Loved our stay"
