Nice big rooms, a little rough around the edges tho. Missing some of the room supplies like dish towels. Overall is was good with a nice pool for the kids to swim and close to all the parks.

This hotel was just okay. The room had the space we needed but it needed a lot of TLC. Our shower curtain was ripped, the drains would get backed up in the sink and shower. None of our tvs worked. We had a dresser that had two broken drawers that wouldn't stay shut. Don't stay on the second floor because the balcony has a brick wall. We unfortunately had a room with one of the few hotel lights beside the balcony so it attracted many bugs to it and you couldn't sit on the balcony at night. I recommend you ask for a high floor. Staff in the hotel lobby were very pleasant. When I did complain about the tvs not working they did send someone but it was too late at night when they showed up and everyone was showering so I had to turn them away. I would have liked to watch tv at bedtime but we were out of the room so much and back too late to get it fixed. Food at restaurant was okay but service was slow. Pools are very nice and the ponds have ducks and turtles to look at.

Property was quite dated. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Weird smellnin rooms, balcony infested with mosquitos. No early check in or late check out without a fee for Expedia gold members. Fine for 1 or 2 nights but would not recommend for longer stays, better hotel and value elsewhere like the Grove.

The Hotel should have gated security. Too many people arriving that were not paid guests/patrons. Poor communication with housekeeping. No clocks in bedrooms. Flimsy bedding. Filthy floors in rooms that turned my white socks - black. Bathrooms smelled of mildew. Should not have resort fees if booked through 3rd party.
