« Very nice and helpful employees! I broke my ankle in Hoi An and when I arrived they were very understanding. They helped me get up and down the stairs everyday and even multiple times a day! They even allowed a friend of mine to come and help me have my breakfast in the dining room and to eat with me for free! Definitely recommand this place! Although the view of the city is incredible, it gets pretty noisy and loud at night. But so far I have enjoyed my stay :) »

« The staff is very kind, efficient, and helpful. Thank you to the receptionists and doormen. The hotel is well located, and the breakfast offered has everything you could want. Despite a very good mattress, I slept very poorly. The soundproofing is terrible. I had room 205, located directly above the breakfast room and a few steps above the elevator. "Very nice resort. We were offered to upgrade for a suite upon arrival, offer that we accepted. We weren’t disappointed at all. The suite was so big and beautiful. Felt like impressive volumes and the view on the ocean and beach was incredible. Staff was good and breakfast at regency club also. We were a bit disappointed at the beginning upon checkin. I do understand we arrived way earlier than regular checkin time (around 11:30am) but we felt like everything is nice until you pay for your upgrade and then we let you wait for your room with no info during 3h! That’s after two request and at 2:45pm that we received our key (and had to wait again 5 minutes at the room door because cleaning wasn’t still completely done, while all other travelers arrived between 11:30 and 2:30pm got to wait maximum 30 minutes before getting their rooms…"

"La chambre était formidable, spacieuse et propre - idem pour la salle de bains. Le personnel du ménage était très gentil et aimable. Le personnel de la réception était aimable. Le personnel du restaurant face à la mer était aimable au moment de l'arrivée, puis la communication devenait compliquée une fois la commande passée. Nous avons d'ailleurs été malades le soir même. La piscine est très grande, il y a de nombreuses choses pour les petits. Je n'y retournerai pas, c'était très impersonnel, le quartier est glauque et mort."

"Très bonne expérience globale dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était globalement attentionné et agréable. Seul petit bémol lors du check-in : la personne qui s’est occupée de nous nous a indiqué que nous étions dans une « cheap room ». Ce commentaire m’a semblé inutile et inapproprié. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est excellent : très complet, varié et délicieux. Il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. Nous avons également déjeuné un midi au restaurant Han River 1. Les plats étaient succulents, très abordables et le service était particulièrement attentionné. Mention spéciale aux deux demoiselles qui nous ont servis avec le sourire, sans oublier la vue imprenable sur la rivière. En revanche, le bar du lobby nous a un peu déçus : service moyen, manque de considération et pâtisseries sans réelle saveur. La piscine était froide. Le room service, quant à lui, était vraiment excellent : rapide, efficace, avec des plats abordables et savoureux. Les boissons offertes ont également été appréciées. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre, bien insonorisée, avec une vue saisissante. La salle de bain était parfaite. À noter que le Dragon Bridge se trouve à environ 20 minutes à pied de l’hôtel. Le lobby est très grand, ce qui lui donne un côté un peu froid à mon goût. Malgré ces quelques points, je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter."

"Très vaste complexe hôtelier Tout était très bien , la chambre était propre et bien entretenue Le petit déjeuner très bon et varié L'accès à la plage privée est un vraie plus Le parc aquatique pour les enfants au top Tout petits points d'améliorations Dans le logement que nous avions 3 chambres avec piscine, il n'y avait a l'exténuer qu'une petite table ronde et une chaise, il aurait été plaisant d'avoir plus de chaises comme nous étions 5..."
