Le personnel dans tous les services est excellent et très professionnel, l’hôtel est lui même est très beau et vue incroyable, bon emplacement près de la plage et piscine au dernier étage avec vue panoramique, il y a un restaurant au dessus de la piscine avec vue à 360\. Le petit déjeuner buffet à un choix de salé et sucré plus de 30 plats différents. On reviendra en 2026, c’est le meilleur hôtel qu’on a eu au Vietnam." The receptionists are rude. The Hotel management should train the staff much better to deserve its 4 stars. Very limited hygiene, you need to cross the underground car park to go to the swimming pool ! The deck chairs at the pool are damaged and unusable. Breakfast was just OK. So many things are wrong! I strongly advise against it despite its location on the beach and its magnificent view. Lots of new hotels around which in my opinion are much better options."
