A beautiful property surrounded by nature. We enjoyed the hot tub and swam in the huge pool. The room was very well appointed and comfortable.

This was our first time staying at the Hotel Bothwell and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. We were in town to visit the State Fair and this location was perfect. From the moment we stepped foot into the hotel we were greeted with such friendly, smiling faces. The staff always ensured we had everything we needed. The staff treated me like royalty from the time I arrived until they shuttled me back to the airport. They were always friendly and offered great advice on everything I asked (eating places, tourist sites, shopping advice). There was a very minor issue with the room and they gave it the attention that I'd expect for a major issue. They made it clear that they appreciated my presence in their hotel and that is priceless!

Room was spotless, the staff friendly and helpful, the location was practically the parking lot to the shopping mall. Would stay there again.

I think this place is wonderful! Compared to the plethora of other hotels out there there are many things this place is not, but I spend a lot of time travelling and after a while all hotels just kind of seem the same regardless of what you spent. This hotel is not the same! It’s perfectly unique and different! It’s in an interesting neighbourhood and it will definitely be my go to place to stay when in town.!

Checked in early and was given a room that I wasn't happy with as the view was disappointing and I had paid for a view. Cynthia was on the front desk and was very understanding she allowed me to stay in the room until one came available and then changed my room. The room was amazing and so was the room.

We loved it here. Perfect location. It was an updated bathroom attached to our room. Breakfast was everything you want. Confusing a bit on checking in but otherwise great. I did think I was getting a view of the temple but I got the wall of the next building which was disappointing.

It was comfortable, and we loved the cookies when we arrived. What a nice touch!
