The room was nice and clean. The staff was courteous and friendly. The microwave plate was missing, but we just reported it when we left. They would have tried to find one for us. Overall a pleasant experience.
Beautiful facility.. love the artwork. Best chai latte at the Starbucks, just the way I liked it.
The experience staying at the Four Seasons in St. Louis was great overall. The staff were uniformly helpful and the room excellent. No we had the right room and they would come and take the water and nuts. No one came and the card was for a guest saying sorry that you were not ...
My brother in law lives nearby so I was already familiar with this hotel. Found a good deal ($100) doing a last-minute hotel deals search. I was surprised and very pleased with the accommodations. I would call the smallish lobby and hallways "fancy" and clean. The room had semi-old-fashioned, elegant ...
