amazing!

Service was exceptional.

We celebrated our wedding night and beautiful breakfast - special and will always be remembered

Excellent boutique hotel in a great location. Have stayed here multiple times and love it. The staff is amazing, the bar (including food) is great, as are the breakfasts. The rooms are not huge but are well appointed. We will be back!!!

The hotel is beautiful and the check in staff were top notch, providing excellent communication and lovely tea service while I waited. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, truly. Can’t wait to return!

Great

Amazing service. Great location. Clean quiet rooms.

Amazing stay, this hotel is stunning and the staff are so friendly. The food was so good and the cocktails too. I would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful stay at this hotel! Staff were extremely helpful! Very close to the tube station (Green Park) and sites like Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly and many more cool places.

This a beautiful small hotel adjacent to the British Museum. The staff are friendly, attentive and committed to ensure comfort and a great stay. Great food in the restaurant, atmosphere in the bar and central sitting with coffee in the morning and hot chocolate in the afternoon. Short walk to Russel Square tube Station gives quick access to the London sites and a direct connection to Heathrow. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in London.

This is a beautiful hotel. The lobby is definitely something way beyond a nice hotel. The bathroom is tiny. It was a challenge to get in and out of the bathtub especially for an elderly. Breakfast buffet was nice. The pasties weren’t very good. The service of a couple of the servers was outstanding. The name of one of them is Tanjam. I forgot the name of the other. Those two gentlemen showed their passion in hospitality while the other servers were more just doing a job. My partner and I are...

Elegant hotel in a great location. Every staff member we encountered from the reception, bellhop, wait staff, concierge and doorman were polite, welcoming and extreemly professional. Would definitely stay here again

very well run hotel in a quiet neighbourhood - which is also within easy walking distance to Oxford Street. The rooms are well designed and appointed. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is good.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Everyday, there is fresh fruit provided with a nice vase of fresh flower. Hotel staff are so helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
