Very clean rooms, love the free water, tea, coffee and milk ect. Great they give a doggie rug for the fur baby and leave a toy. Love the feel of the place , friendly.. free coffee machine, dog treats, water and ice daily in the lounge and sometimes a cake. Staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to book online and check in. Parking is now £4 per day with a scratch card from the hotel for council parking. Used to be included. Great area for all amenities and beach. Stayed a few times and will return to Scarborough soon

We've been to Bikeboot more than once. The staff are super friendly, and it's ideal for dog owners, as it's a dog-friendly hotel. The bedrooms are lovely, and it's in an ideal area of Scarborough, as it's within walking distance of everywhere. The food is lovely too.

Love this place, really welcoming homely feel. Great facilities in a good location and always very clean and comfortable. Staff are lovely and approachable, particularly the male housekeeping staff member who kindly helped with luggage/doors, saying hi to the dog and generally being warm and friendly. Food in Bareca is great too. This place is a firm favourite of ours for the cosy lounges, and the great dog walks on the doorstep and all the dog washing facilities. Thanks for another lovely stay.

Lovely hotel shabby chicbut you don’t worry about as pets are allowed ! Staff lovely and Tea & coffee etc free 24/7 plus free cake at 3pm ish… close to everything and a great view if your on a sea view room. Huge family rooms bathrooms are a little small but still OK would defo go back 9/10 ! Bad bit iPads for check in don’t work loose them not needed staff are much nice reception !

A few nights away.

Room was clean and comfortable, and staff were efficient and friendly. The free coffee in the lounge, afternoon cake, along with a coffee machine and fresh milk in the room were a great touch. Ate in the restaurant on one night and the food was great. Also, the special parking rates at £4 per day are amazing.
