"The pool area was nice and the staff around it were entertaining. The beach party was amazing. The hotel taxi service was convenient. Yasmin and Katrina at the reception were pleasant. I liked the hotel cruise which i booked. Dining options could have been better. The hotel overall was lovely. But very disappointed at the beach."

"Staff here are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little tired and basic but had everything we needed. The water slide park was fantastic and we used it everyday. The fun fair rides and arcade are also great, an extra cost but reasonable. There was a great variety of food in the various restaurants although the rules around the a la carte bookings were not clear with different people saying different things. The animation team and activities were great fun and provided variety for us all....

"Wow, that view! Sitting looking at the pyramids and syphix while dining on the roof top is absolutely spectacular! The hotel staff were amazing. The room was good... Would of been even better if they had the air conditioning running prior to our arrival. Overall delighted to have stayed here."
