"Le 1er soir, j'ai du changer de chambre à 1h du matin à cause d'autres personnes qui étaient saoules et qui criaient. Au bout de 4 jours, j'ai dû demander à ce qu'ils changent les draps, alors qu'ils disent que c'est fait au quotidien. Enfin, la nourriture était affreuse. Comme il y a à 90% des russes, polonais etc., c'est principalement leur nourriture qui est proposé. Et pour le thé de l'après-midi, il y a du boeuf, pizzas, mais aucun fruits ni biscuits secs"

We reported it, a maintenance man came up but it was never fixed. The property is nice once you get beyond the gates (that looked like you were entering a war zone). L’établissement est magnifique, les chambres sont spacieuses, très confortables et disposent même d’une petite cour intérieure bien protégée, idéale lorsqu’il y a du vent. Le personnel est remarquable : toujours souriant, attentionné et soucieux du bien-être des clients. Un grand merci à Monsieur Pappu pour la qualité du restaurant : la cuisine est excellente et nous avons dîné avec plaisir chaque soir. Mention spéciale également à Monsieur Maher Sadek pour l’organisation d’une superbe surprise à l’occasion de nos 30 ans de mariage — un moment inoubliable. La plage est très grande, avec des espaces bien aménagés et suffisamment espacés pour se sentir à l’aise. Les amateurs de plongée seront ravis : un magnifique spot avec un jardin de corail se trouve à proximité. Félicitations aussi à Ahmed Nagy pour la gestion irréprochable de cet hôtel. "The hotel was spotlessly clean, private beach was beautiful. Staff in the whole were very good, polite and helpful. My only criticism were I did see one bar staff mocking a customer, and the pool attendants did nothing about people leaving towels on loungers for hours, despite mentioning in the hotel rules that unattended towels would be removed. One day at the adult pool we were told we couldn’t have a parasol because they were all being used, but 5 of them were with unattended towels for people should didn’t return for over an hour. Food is not labelled for allergens. This meant asking the staff every time, who were helpful but at times unsure and when asked if something had milk in a response was “maybe”. They did offer to cook something fresh but this isn’t what you pay for all inclusive for. Choice is expected. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful and guests were well catered for with activities, food and drink"

The water slides were fantastic for both kids and adults, and the daily entertainment was excellent. The highlight was the amazing Tuesday Sunrise Festival — truly unforgettable! A special thank you to Mr. Moamen at reception for his constant support and professionalism, and to Shaben, the main restaurant manager, for kindly arranging a special vegetarian curry for us on seafood night. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot. We highly recommend this resort to families looking for fun, relaxation, and exceptional hospitality. "Its was a horrible stay i booked my mum and dad in who are 63 and 71\. The room they were first given was very very far away fro everything, as per the hotel.com app the hotel has parking available. This is untrue they had to park their car on the road side. The room was dirty. When they approached the hotel staff initially they were incredibly rude and told my parent they had to come back after 3pm which was several hours later. This is not the kind of service anyone would expect from this or any hotel. When we asked for a refund we were told we will not be given a refund which was not ok as we were very disappointed. We will never be going back to this hotel"
