The main reception is a good 10 minutes walk from the gated entrance. It is difficult to get to Sharm el Seikh from the hotel due to lack of affordable transport. The only option to go to town is by ridiculously expensive taxis, even if they were booked by the hotel’s own limousine service. Rooms are clean, room service is excellent, the hotel grounds are well maintained, grass and flower beds are beautifully manicured. The staff were very warm and generous. They consistently went the extra mile to make my partner and I feel welcome. I celebrated my birthday here and as soon as Basem found out, he arranged a little cake with a candle and the staff sang as well for me. I would definitely recommend. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff and especially Mostifa, Basem, Hassar and Mahmoud at the restaurant and bar. We spent a week here and at the end we did not want to leave!
