Had an amazing stay! Great hospitality. We had an early flight in, arrived to the hotel by 9am. Our room was not ready but we were given writbands to start enjoying all the amenities. Same thing upon check out. Our flight was not until 6pm but they allowed us to stay on the resort until we headed to the airport, just had to give up our room at noon. There are showers in the pool/ spa area that we used.

OK, let's be honest with potential customers here. First of all, you should not expect a five-star resort. Overall, I would place this somewhere between a three- and four-star resort. The location is great, and there is a calm environment, if this is what you are looking for. At least the bathrooms in the rooms need some maintenance. The staff are semi-professional, but there are one or two who give you a five-star feeling. Cleanliness is not their thing, especially in the outdoor dining area during breakfast. The situation in the evening is a bit better. The variety and quality of the food at the buffets are very average. Despite paying for all-inclusive, I only ate there a couple of times. Some of the food also seems to be recycled again and again, and some of the bread items are as hard as a rock. I only stayed there for three days, so there is not that much to complain about, but I am sure I would have a list if my stay had been longer.
