The service and the rooms are good. However the quality of the food and variety was poor. Need to be careful as I got a stomach bug which is common in Egypt but it usually comes from local water and the drinks they use with ice are using tap water and fruit and veg is washed with tap water.

This was our first time in an all inclusive place so we were a bit hesitant. The check in was a bit hectic but after that all went smooth. The room was nice overlooking a garden and pool. A big room with a nice balcony. The pools were all very nice and the staff were all friendly. The nicest part of the pools was a very little 'copy'of the Nile River. The food overall was very good. Especially the desserts. The main cafeteria was just as good as all the smaller specialty restaurants. Lots of little activities. Other highlights: the gardens were beautiful and the staff work really hard to maintain the gardens. It's great to just walk around the property and get your steps in too. We also did the snorkeling cruise which was really well done and the crew on the boat were friendly and in good humor. Cocktails were good. Beer and wine not so great but still passable. A very relaxing stay. (Should be noted wifi is not free in the rooms, but device passes were cheap if you need one)

Our stay at Tawila Island Resort was absolutely incredible. The island is beautiful, but what truly made our trip unforgettable was the outstanding staff. Every person we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Anwar (Driver) – Always punctual, friendly, and professional. Every transfer was smooth, and he made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Ahmed Azap (Driver) – Another fantastic driver who was always courteous and made every ride comfortable and stress-free. Akmed (Server) – Attentive, personable, and always one step ahead. He made every meal an enjoyable experience. Ramadan (Server) – Genuinely kind with a great attitude. His excellent service and attention to detail never went unnoticed. Tarek (Front Desk) – Friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. When we realized we had forgotten sunscreen, Tarek went out of his way to help us track some down instead of simply pointing us in the right direction. Mohammad (Manager) – Mohammad leads by example. He personally helped make sure we got sunscreen when we needed it, and his commitment to guest satisfaction was reflected throughout the entire resort. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and we were consistently impressed by the quality and presentation of every meal. If we had one suggestion, it would simply be to expand the menu a bit to offer more variety for guests staying several days.
