"The hotel was very clean and loved the proximity to the beach. I was concerned about the safety of the beach but they thought of everything and we felt extremely safe. The only improvement is the Wi-Fi. Not a deal breaker at all because they offered entertainment every night. It felt a lot like being on a cruise. "

Somwtimea their responses are curt, but never rude. They are mostly cheeky and full of vibrant banter when able. The hotel: if you can, get a sea view room. During checkin we mentioned that we were having a terrible day because our flight got delayed and basically missed out on a whole day at the resort and the receptionist upgraded us to the royal suite which was AMAZING!
