"Pros: Good hotel,
Food is perfect,
New renovated hotel,
Staff is helpful.
Cons: Reception staff is not professional enough, calling reception from room is a nightmare, reception is mostly occupied and in a small area,
SPA is very expensive and not professional at all,

"My husband and I stayed Casa Cook El Gouna to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first holiday without our kids and honestly had an incredible experience! The decor at Casa Cook is beautiful. You can tell every aspect’s been well thought about! The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate our anniversary. High quality rooms and high quality service. The staff here were incredibly helpful and honestly one of the best we’ve ever had the privileged to come across. Special mentions...
"We had one of the first 3 renovated rooms which was very spacious and well appointed. Great position for us in a quiet area and very private terrace. Big resort with lovely grounds, bar areas and even its iwn shops and inly 2 minute walk from El Gouna Downtown for dinner and shopping.
The oy downside for us was the pool areas ate too small for the complex as very cramped. The main pool (fitness) had constant music and quite loud but only German language or organ style instramental but not...

The only negative encounter was with general Manager who only greats Foreigners who speak french even though we had the best and most expensive suite in the hotel. She didn’t even say hi or congratulate us on our honeymoon while passing by us on multiple occasions. Meanwhile, she was sitting with almost every other foreigner guests in their tables for minutes and minutes which made us feel singled out.
Over all the hotel is phenomenal and staff really made our stay memorable, Michelle at the pool, Mohamed, Hussein, Serena, Emad and kyrollos were fantastic.
