"Special was the 2 wash cloths and the mirror that did not fog. Convenient walking distance from the airport to the hotel. Not sure how you get from arrival area. As we went outside and walked down to terminal 3\. The guard let us in to get to the walkway. If you can stay within terminal you arrive in and walk inside to terminal 3\. Otherwise, you will be driven crazy by people wanting to help or drive you that short distance. "

Friendly staff, welcoming and providing great recommendations with a smile (thank you Miriam at front desk) We had à la carte dinner- the juiciest tender chicken pieces in shish tawouk and fatty. Daily free breakfast buffet is epic- with fresh food, omelette station and the wide variety of breakfast pastries, yogurts, accompaniments. WiFi could be stronger in the rooms, works fine in the lobby area. "

"A great wonderful stay because of the great, helpful and professional staff. Special thanks to Abdulhamid at beach bar as he always makes you feel welcomed and recieve you with a smile. Also special thanks to Almasry and Ahmed Magdy at reception bar Mohamed at pool bar. And also special thanks to house keeping team who would leave the room spotless everyday. And the reception team. I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful staff"
