"Beautiful hotel overlooking Etna . The food is great and with lots of choice . Brilliant for my wife who uses a wheelchair and the accessible room was really good . Difficult to find with the sat nav provided on the hirecar so beware of this . Use your mobile to find it . Has to be driven to as out of the way but what a view . "

"The house was more rustic than expected, and it would have been nice to know a caretaker liver on site. Not a problem, but it would have been nice to know. View of Mt. Etna was stunning, and the pool was maintained well. Surrounding area was a bit intimidating, and the entrance gates took some work. But overall, a nice place and very attentive hosts."

We absolutely loved the decor, the stylish furniture, the art, the books on history of the place, even the appliances were very cool but the most amazing are tge ceilings. "Tiziana and her husband were very helpful and came out quickly if there were any issues. It's a lovely villa, however not the biggest of spaces, kitchen is small, especially on a poor weather day. Wifi is poor. For a few days unfortunately there were issues with the pool. They were very apologetic and these things happen. Being near Mount Etna was great and the view is amazing. "This property was perfect. The apt was large and the terrace was lovely. All the area attractions are within a 10min walk. Highly recommend. "

"Giuseppe and Jano made us welcome in person, and had provided bottled water, home made wine (unbelievably good) and the most delicious blood oranges and lemons from the garden. They could not do enough for us! The property would be hard to find but their directions meant we found it easily. A car is necessary for stays here but it is worth it - quiet and comfortable with amazing views from the patio and roof garden. Thank you both for letting us stay here!"

"The property was clean, but basic and a little rustic. It was a peaceful country experience with lots of birdsong and frogs sounding in the valley. If you want peace and quiet, this is it. It is a bit off the beaten track south of Caltagirone, a very charming town. We were the only guests in the early season, so Michele and his wife cooked just for us for one night.
