"Problems from beginning to end. First 3 days we didn't have hot water. I informed the front desk each time we left the room for the day with the promise it would be fixed but wasn't until day 3\. We tried the on site restaurant the first night but waited over an hour for food. Then the second to last night we had issues with the toilet not flushing and found BLOODWORMS in the toilet tank. Called down and they sent someone to clean it and fix the flushing mechanism but the next day the worms were back. I went and talked to the front desk who finally offered to move us but it getting the last night I asked for them to just clean the toilet and tank again. I was promised some sort of compensation for the issue but so far nothing. Overall a poor experience."
