Everything you may need is close and walking distance from the hotel. Walmart, Sam’s, Home Depot and a gas station or just a few feet from the property.

There is rush hour traffic using the roads as a shortcut. Upon entering my room it had a foul smell of to my humidity. I changed rooms and to my astonishment the USB connectors were not working. Dissatisfied.

I had to checkout at a nearby MicroTel because it was an absolute flea-bag hotel. In a crunch, a business colleague who was staying here spoke with the reservations to help me get in on the spot. They were friendly, accommodating and helped me in this pinch. Property was very nice as well.

Parking is limited to the front entrance. Additional parking is on the side of the building. It is well lit up but next to a Home Depot and other stores felt a little unsafe.

Room was not serviced during our stay. I had to request more towels and toilet paper. Trash was not emptied. Too many cars parked (not just loading/unloading) in the drop off area. Was traveling with a disabled person and was difficult at times to drop her off at the main door.

The hotel was very clean and smelled great. Room was very clean no problems. The only complaint we had was since hotel is next to the feeder road you had multiple cars speeding through to avoid traffic light at the street corner. very dangerous almost got hit trying to cross from my car to the front door of the hotel.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, and very clean everywhere. Fragrance in the hallway was a bit overwhelming. Some noise from the freeway on the wing we stayed in.

Clean beds in worn out room
Overall a good stay. Lobby was very clean and welcoming. Room was a bit run down. Carpet torn all the way across threshold, spots all over bathroom ceiling, toilet paper holder barely attached to the wall.

It was a nice stay but in my room the coffee machines broke and my daughter’s family’s room her ac broke which wouldn’t have a big deal because it was 40* outside but we got in on it was 85* in the bedroom.

My room was great, the bed very comfortable. The front desk employee was patient and helpful when my door key didn't work. She moved me to a different room. I couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work. It showed it was trying to connect/no signal. There wasn't anything wrong, just me, user error. She came to my room and got it going. I didn't know how to get the heat going ( a cold front had just come in). She took care of that, too. All my problems, not the hotel's. They went over and above for me!

Property was easy to access off Hwy. Check-In was smooth. Hotel had a weird smell in hallways. Cleaning staff did not clean my room or replace towels. I had to call the front desk to have towels brought up and to remove trash. The excuse she gave wasn’t acceptable. The a/c in the room was not working properly. Overall rating was Poor-Average.

I expected my room to be cleaned and ready when I arrived. The room was very nice but I had to get disinfectant wipes and clean the greasy handprints from the desk, the coffee bar, the bathroom vanity and splatters on the toilet seat. I was offered another room but was to exhausted to move my things as I had already brought everything in. I then had to ask for more washcloths as there was only one in a double queen meant for up to four folks.
